  • Measure Amp Draw on all Electrical Components
  • Clean Condenser Coil on Heat Pump
  • Adjust Burner for efficiency
  • Measure Temperature Rise to Ensure Furnace is Operating Within Specifications
  • Lubricate any Moving Parts that Require Lubrication
  • Check Refrigerant Pressures
  • Test Auxiliary and Emergency Heat Strips
  • Check Filters
  • Check Total performance of Heating System
  • Check operating pressures
  • Check voltage and amperage to all motors
  • Check air temperature drop across evaporator coil
  • Check for adequate refrigerant charge
  • Check Evaporator Superheat
  • Lubricate all moving parts as needed
  • Check belt and adjust tension
  • Check filters
  • Check pressure switch cut-out settings
  • Check electrical lock-out circuits
  • Check starting contractor contacts
  • Check all wiring and connections
  • Turn exposed dampers to cooling if marked
  • No balancing
  • Check air temperature across condenser
  • Check that condensate drain is open
